Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Hezzian (the “Service”), operated by Hezzian (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Hezzian is an investment-research and analytics platform that aggregates financial data, dashboards, and AI-assisted tools to help you organize and explore market information. The Service is provided for informational and research purposes only.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we may impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Service without notice or liability.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Authentication is handled by our identity provider (Clerk). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for safeguarding access to your account.

Hezzian is currently offered through an invitation-only pilot program. Access is granted by a single-use access code issued to a specific email address via our waitlist; codes are non-transferable and may expire or be revoked.

Pilot access is free of charge, in exchange for two commitments that form part of the bargain for that free access: (a) you consent to product-usage monitoring — we record which features and pages of the Service you use and when, as described in our Privacy Policy, so we can improve the product; and (b) you complete a short feedback form when we ask (typically about one week after your invitation).

If you do not complete the feedback form (including its usage-monitoring consent) within the period stated in our request — currently seven days from the feedback request — your pilot access may be suspended or revoked: your access code(s) will be invalidated and your account sign-in may be disabled. We may restore access at our discretion once the form is completed.

The pilot program is provided on an evaluation basis. We may modify, limit, or end the pilot (or convert it to a paid offering) at any time. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service without obligation or compensation.

Where paid plans are offered, payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Prices, billing intervals, and any free-trial period (currently 30 days where offered) are shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period; except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes take effect at your next renewal. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not: access the Service by automated means (bots, scrapers, or crawlers) except as we expressly permit; attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or security controls; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems; resell, redistribute, or sublicense data obtained through the Service in breach of third-party data licenses; or use the Service to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate access that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or threatens the security or integrity of the Service.

Hezzian is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner, and nothing on the Service constitutes investment, financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice. Content, data, analytics, and AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes only and are not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to pursue any investment strategy.

All investment decisions are your own. You should conduct your own research and consult a qualified professional before making any financial decision. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and you may lose money.

Parts of the Service use large language models to generate summaries, analysis, and other outputs. These outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and may not reflect real-time market conditions. Do not rely on AI-generated content as a sole basis for any decision, and independently verify anything material to you.

The Service incorporates data and services from third parties, which may be subject to their own terms and licenses. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of third-party data, and we are not responsible for third-party services. Your use of third-party content may be restricted by the applicable provider’s terms.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and original content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own internal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You retain ownership of the information you submit, and you grant us the rights necessary to operate and provide the Service.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Service you acknowledge that policy.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or investment losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to meet the pilot-program conditions described above, or to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operation of the Service, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Where you are a consumer, you may benefit from mandatory protections of your country of residence.
